Difficult to say?: Without a look-see, it would be hard to say what is going on. It could be a very minimal problem or two problems and one exacerbating the other. These may be normal glands that are prominent and then irritated by a vaginitis or may be something more serious. If this is persistent, then i would recommend you have it checked out by your pcp, gyn or other.
