Disorder?: Your description sounds like obsessive compulsive disorder with antisocial tendencies. You should see a psychiatrist to determine the severity of the issue and determine if treatment would be beneficial.

Maybe: First of all... You are perfect exactly as you are. But it sounds like there are some things about you that give you distress and that you feel you can't control. Usually behaviors that are "inevitable" (sometimes called "compulsions") are a result of some inner fear or trying to achieve control over a situation that feels out of control to you. A good psychotherapist can help you. Try it!
