Eye twitch : The most likely reason the eyelid would twitch would be stress and tension. There are not too many other conditions that could cause it. Could be checked for vitamin deficiency or metabolism problem. To be sure there is nothing else going on you should get a check up and evaluation by your doctor. Their tests could get to the reason and then a treatment to help the problem.
