Tongue bite: If the laceration is big enough, have it evaluated at the ed. Often, the tears are small. Appy an ice cube over it or keep cold water in your mouth to reduce bleeding and allay the pain, initially. Also, refrain from acidic foods and juices until the pain goes away. Afterwards, rinsing with salt water 3x a day will help.

Aleo: If there is no major cut from biting you can apply cold or try aleo juice its good for healing stay away from spicy or or acidic foods till it heals.
