No, not impossible: Sleep walking is a sleep disorder, so the person is "asleep". Anyone who is "asleep" can be woken up, but it may take longer and more effort to do that. But, why would somebody want to wake the sleepwalker up? How about just creating a safe environment for the sleepwalker and preventing anything bad from happening? In a safe place, the sleepwalker doesn't have to wake up.
