Eat healthy: In general i would recommend a normal healthy diet leading up to the marathon regarding your training you need to stay hydrated especiallly in the warm weather you need enough carbs to supply fuel for your workouts you also need protein to keep your muscles strong i would suggest extra carbs/ pasta the day before the race but i think thats overdone for most recreational athletes (ran 4 marathons).
