Rest: Rest and heat and ibuprofin may be a good start. Sometimes the pain isnt as bad if they lie and dont move around. If it is muscle then resting should help but if the pain continues to get worse then see someone soon. You will have to decide if it can wait till monday or not. Get in a comfortable position after a hot bath or shower may help. See someone if it gets worse.
