Mild pelvic cramping not due to menstruation, comes and goes. could this be ovarian cancer?

Need a pelvic: First step in finding out exactly what is wrong with you is too see you dr & have a pelvic exam. If need be, they will then send you for an ultrasound of your pelvis. But the odds are, it's not as serious as cancer. You'll never know til you have an exam though.

Probably not: Mild cramping between cycles is usually due to ovarian follicular development and / or ovulation. Ovarian cancer may be relatively asymptomatic until advanced. Some early symptoms can be bloating, pelvic pressure, urinary frequency, difficulty eating and feeling full quickly. If you are concerned at all, please see your gynecologist.
