OVERDOSE BOTH FATAL: Alcohol is legal for adults over 21 in us and over 18 in many other countries both are addictive, overdose of both can be fatal.But heroin abuse can cause many medical problems like aids, hepatitis b and c, and is more addictive and dangerous than alcohol alcohol is served everywhere there are celebrations and in limited quanity may ba beneficial for heart but too much causes liver/heart diseass.
