What's the best way to remove pimples and blackheads on your forehead?

Several options: Blackheads often will respond to topical benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid washes. Pimples (pustules) more often will need a topical (or sometimes a systemic) antibiotic. If over the counter treatments don't help after a few weeks then you should have your doctor or a dermatologist have a look. Scrubbing should be avoided.
