What can i do to address a feeling of fullness in the chest and neck / throat area?

Chest pressure: I am concerned in a 44 year old that chest fullness that can also involve the neck can be coronary artery disease. This must be excluded first. If that is not the cause then look to the digestive and respiratory track and for structural causes with your physician.
