Prevent friction: With proper socks, supportive, well fitting shoes. Keep feet lubricated with moisterizing cream. If certain areas are prone to blisters also try protecting area with a bandaid or pad.

Friction: Keep foot dry. Eliminate friction use powder wear socks. Make sure shoes fit well and are not too old.
