Sterile needle: Drain blisters with a sterile needle by puncturing them . Apply zinc oxide and Bacitracin oint. Sparingly and cover with sterile gauze. Blisters are caused by repetative movement in a moist environment. If they occur on the bottom of the feet you can get an inner sole made of neoprene(ex. Spenco), if they occur on the tips of the toes use the double eyelets on the top of the sneakers.

Rest/Better Shoes: To aid in healing rest and staff off the blisters as much as possible. To prevent recurrence get properly fitted for shoes. You may need an orthotic device to help off load the areas of pressure (pressure is what causes the blisters).

See below: Foot blisters are usually created by friction or pressure. Make sure that your shoes are not tight and you may want to try a soft innersole in your shoes to help prevent formation. To help heal the blisters, soak in warm water with epson salt to dry them out.
