Can you get rid of rectal fungus from using doxycycline?

No: Doxycycline is an antibiotic. It treats bacterial infections, not fungal infections. But i'm not sure why you would want to treat "rectal fungus, " which is not a problem that i ever see as an infectious disease specialist, even in immunocompromised patients.
