Not permanently : You may have visual fluctuations though due to eye dryness, which can be caused by excess tv, computer, or video game use. The rate of blinking decreases with these activities. However, your vision should return to normal with rest.

No: Focusing at the same distance for long periods such as reading or computer use can cause fatigue and dryness but will not change your lasik.

No: No. Video games will not ruin your lasik but it may cause dry eye or eye strain with prolonged play.
