i use a tampon all night but i know it isn't good to wear them for a long period time. what can i do?

Overnight use OK: Just over night is commonly done by most women using tampons, so i would not worry about overnight use. So, remove it in morning and change it whenever it is full/soaked. I would not recommend leaving it there for longer than 12 hours. If you have symptoms--discharge, pain, odor etc...Consult doc. Good luck.
