No: If you had a regular period after unprotected sex, then it is a very safe assumption that that instance of sex did not lead to conception and pregnancy. Implantation bleeding (bleeding at the time of a brand new pregnancy) would be unusually light and is typically just a bit of spotting if anything at all. Rest assured that an abnormally heavy period would not be implantation bleeding.
