Connective tissue: Sarcoid is an auto-immune disease which can affect many tissue types. Attacks on the muscle or connective tissue of the jaws can be associated with jaw pain. It can involve the facial muscles of chewing and expression, the TMJ and the saliva glands.

TMJ: The reason you have jaw pain could be caused by your temporal mandibular joint and if that is the case warm moist heat will help. Swollen lymph nodes from your sarcoidosis could be causing the pain or salivary gland inflammation from your sarcoidosis could be another cause.
