Ingrowing hairs: Take measures to reduce ingrowing hairs; if shaving the area use a 2 blade razor (others shave too closely) and a gentle lubricating gel or soap. Moisturize afterwards. If its not from shaving, a prescription antibiotic gel or solution is in order.

Folliculitis: Folliculitis can be treated by oral antibiotics like Solodyn (minocycline) or Doryx if the folliculitis is caused by bacteria. Of the folliculitis is caused by yeast you would need to treat with Diflucan.
