What does an internist do to you when you get older?

Older too: He just gets older too. I really dont understand the question. Possibly why do older people need internist ? Internal medicine is a field in which focus is placed on adult medicine and geriatrics and the chronic disease process which go along with aging. They usually do not see kids, do ob/gyn, deal with orthopedics like fps do, but devote all their time to internal disease diagnosis and treat.
