Hard to say: I think that maybe you realize, when you had what you now think was a panic attack, nothing really bad happened, right? You made it, you did it.! if one faces his or her fears head on, they are able to get tot point of not needing any medication. Would that be a goal of yours? To not need any medication? Anyway, you did it and you should be proud of yourself. Face your fears. Set yourself free.
