Yes: Exercise and massage can sometimes be very helpful. Other natural analgesics can be heat or cold. Many medications we use were natural products. There are other topical potions do have a analgesic effect . Colchicine comes to mind is not indicated from muscle pain. I cannot advise any "natural" products, but you need an evaluation to see why you have muscle pain.
