Should i put anything on my rash when going back to school?

Have it checked out: Not knowing what this rash is, i can't say you should cover the rash. I can say that you should have your doctor look at it to make sure you don't have an infection or something that could be contagious and need to be treated. If it's a skin reaction to something, you might still need treatment.
