Increased C/S risk.: As our society is moving to later reproduction and more assisted conceptions for subfertility in the midst of an obesity epidemic (with concurrent diabetes mellitus and hypertension morbidities), i expect the overall c-section to keep rising for the foreseeable future. If you were born via c-section you were probably too big for your mother's pelvis and that's likely to recur when you deliver.
