Brachial palsy?: Sounds like injury to the nerves of the arm. In cases where there was csections delivery, it is often due to the arm being meal positioned in uterine, causing pulling or traction on the nerves. A large percentage regain strength without intervention, but I always recommend an evaluation by a physical therapist trained in these injuries. Talk to your pediatrician.
