Yes you do: It is viral illness ( coronavirus ) causing severe illness with fever, cough, chills, muscle pains, difficulty breathing and headaches, diarrhea and occasional chest pain. 25% of patients needed ventilatory support on respirator for several days.

SARS: Severe Acute Respiratory Distress which occured in 2003 had a 9.6% death rate. So about 90% of infected people survived it. It was caused by SARS-CoV. SARS-CoV-2 is the cause of the COVID 19 virus which has a lower mortality rate.
