No: Memory loss is not a symptom of a pituitary adenoma. Even if a pituitary adenoma was causing abnormal production of certain hormones from the pituitary gland, memory loss would not result.

Not usually: Forgetfulness is not associated with pituitary adenoma. However, a new diagnosis of a pituitary adenoma may cause anxiety, which may lead to trouble concentrating and focusing. Discuss this with your neurosurgeon and/or endocrinologist.
