Control the bingeing: Purgeing is the undoing ritual for the uncontrolled bingeing. Why is the person gorging on sugar? Can they find the underlying emotional triggers for their overeating? Can they find healthy coping activities: get out of the kitchen/house: take a walk, exercise, knit, draw (can't do these and eat at the same time).
