Limited consumption: You should eat veggie pizza only occasionally (like 1-2x a month). And very little cheese, if any. No meat. Pizza is not a healthy food no matter what you read or anyone else says. However, it is better than most other fast foods. Try to get pizza made with whole grain not white flour. Never drink soda/coke - it is never healthy. Drink water or tea. Exercise regularly (don;t need to do aerobics).
