Anxiety in elderly: Your grandma may be like many others her age in having sleep difficulty, but there's help for it. You could help her get to her family doctor for some help with this issue. If it helps for you to call and let her know you're okay -- and you want to do this -- by all means do so. Are things you're doing that worry you too? Maybe take a close look at those to see if you need attention also.
