Exercise and diet`: There are several things. 1. Make sure that you do not have an elevated blood homocysteine.2. The blood triglycerides should be approximately half the cholesterol. 3. The cholesterol/ HDL ratio should be between 3 and 5. 4. Treat sugar as your enemy and stick to god made food. 5. Be active mentally and physically and avoid too much of anything. 6. Try to handle stress with good humor and accept.
