Many times: Ginger is a wonderful herb with many medicinal properties including relief of nausea, morning sickness & motion sickness. It is even strong enough to relieve nausea caused by chemotherapy! it can be taken as tea, as crystallized ginger, or in capsules. Organic ginger tea: I agree with dr. Baker. I have not only recommended it to patients, I have also used it on a # of occasions. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale, nibble on crystallized ginger or use capsules. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organ ginger & steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip.
