Yes: This is a very popular "mommy make-over" combo because women who have children often have abdominal bulges afterwards and the breasts may have enlarged/drooped. The procedures are safe to do at the same time if the patient is in good health otherwise and the doctor has experience with the procedure. Combining the two increases risks slightly so some people choose to do them separately.

Yes: It is 6-8 hours of surgery but people frequently combine operations to save on the recovery time. You must be in good health though.

Commonly: Yes. This is a relatively common commbination but not as common as a breast lift and/or augmentation with a tummy tuck which is referred to as the "mommy makeover" please make sure to see a surgeon to fully discuss e risks, alternatives and benefits to surgery.

Yes...: Some people want to "get it all over with" and want to do their surgery in one anesthetic. This can be expedient but also can be a fair amount of surgery to sustain at one time. Maybe it is less of a big deal with a small breast reduction, but i tend to get the big ones. :).

Very common: Patient safety is the most important consideration with these types of procedures. Patients often want many things done at once. It is very common and safe to perform breast surgery and abdominoplasty at the same time. However, each patient must be evaluated carefully by a board certified plastic surgeon and the risks fully explained.
