EXERCISE!: The number 1 problem with our children is lack of unstructured activities and exercise. Current recommendations are for at least 1 hour a day. As far as diet is concerned, make sure he eats plenty of fruits/veggies(challenging), fiber, good carbs and protein. Avoid junk food as often as you can(i know, it is very tough).
