Wake them up: If this happens often, this means you have neuropathy and should be evaluated by a doctor. If it happens after sitting in a certain position it is occurring as a result of pressure neuropathy and you should not sit in that position or not for a long time.

Multiple answers: If your feet fall asleep this may be due to several reasons. Shoes too tight, sitting on your feet, poor circulation or nerve compressions to your feet. You really need to see your podiatrist for why this is happening along with treatment options.
