No: Astrocytoma more fiffuse and infiltrative--ganglioglioma more circumscribed and enhance early on scans--also likely different brain locations--agree some overlap exist.

Similar tumor class: They are both subtypes of glial tumors. However their behavior depends on what grade tumor they are.
