How does hydrogen peroxide heal cuts and wounds?

IT DOESN'T: The only real use for peroxide is to help wash stuff out of a dirty wound. It doesn't kill bacteria even as much as a topical antibiotic. It will even damage healing tissue. Does it bubble when "germs" are present? No, it just bubbles.
