Teamwork: You can develop a team of a good primary care physician, a psychotherapist, and a psychiatrist. The pcp is one who sees you for any concerns about your health. The psychiatrist and psychotherapist work together with you on the anxieties you have about your health and possibly other things. Anti-anxiety medicines may help too. The goal is that you feel better overall, and enjoy your life more.
