NO: I have used trazadone for many years for maintaining good quality sleep without possibility of overdose abuse. I never saw a nosebleed with the use of trazadone. I have little experience with vennlafaxine, but did not see nosebleeds.

Effexoe: Only correlation to nose bleed is if blood pressure increase from high dose.
