Uti pain: If you are taking an antibiotic for your UTI then the spasm of your bladder should be short lived. Antispasmodics work well. Will need to get from your doctor.

Possibly urostat: If the pain is from the bladder, then you can try over the counter urostat which can sometimes help. However, make sure you are being treated for the uti.
