Ganglion cyst: It really depends on where the bump is and how it looks clinically. Bunions can give you a lump off the big toe. Ganglion cyst can also form a bump that comes off the joint. The only way to really diagnosis it is to take a look at it so you might want to ask your doctor. You are pretty young for it to be a bunion so i suspect it is a ganglion cyst.

See Podiatrist: Could be a cyst, a bone spur, bone prominence or something else. Where on the toe is it? Have a podiatrist examine it.
