Yeast Infection: Your symptoms are typical of a fungal/yeast infection of the scrotal skin. This can be easily treated with lotrimin over the counter, keeping area clean and ventilated as much as possible, avoiding tight underwear/pants, and also avoiding scratching the area. Showering with cold water will help cool the itching or you may use Cortaid (hydrocortisone) cream to help with the itchiness and redness.
