Not a problem: These have been looked at for years & have never showed evidence of being a problem.

No, with medical use: Prenatal ultrasound, be it 2d/3d/4d is safe for everyone involved (mother, fetus, sonographer) provided it is used with energy alara priniciple (as low as reasonably achievable) and for medical indications only.
