Could be depression: Those symptoms are strong indicators of depression. I would see a physician to rule out an underlying medical condition as well as a therapist to address the psychological aspect. Some things to consider are: how long have you felt this way? Were there any other changes that coincided with the onset of these symptoms? What helps you feel better? What other symptoms are present?
