Depression: Without more information it's hard to answer your question, but depression can cause all the things you mention. Other medical problems may also do so. Please get evaluated; treatment can help you feel normal again.

Depression: You may have depression based on the above sympoms.However, you do need to see dotor for evaluation, need blood test to make sure to rule out thyroid problem. As well.

Could be depression: Those symptoms are strong indicators of depression. I would see a physician to rule out an underlying medical condition as well as a therapist to address the psychological aspect. Some things to consider are: how long have you felt this way? Were there any other changes that coincided with the onset of these symptoms? What helps you feel better? What other symptoms are present?
