24f lower right sharp side pain an back pain. gets worse when uses the restroom. sudden, started today but back pain for awhile.?

Possible stone?: I would have concern that different pain in the flank area or alongside the back could represent symptoms from something like a kidney stone. I would recommend vigilance in investigating this is a possibility. Otherwise chronic back pain can have different features including pain along the sides of the torso which can result from different muscles in spasm as a result of underlying chronic proble.
