Not recommended: Roller coasters can produce 4-5 g's (atmospheric pressures) of pressure pushing against the body during the ride. The heart has to pump against this kind of pressure. Any sustained pressure makes it more difficult for the heart to pump both into the body and into the lungs and brain. Somebody with congestive heart failure could get into big trouble with their lungs or even cause a heart attack.
