Murmur: Heart murmur just means noise. Talk to the doc and what he believes is causing the murmur and what is its significance.

Probably: Depends on the reason for the sound (murmur). A murmur is not a diagnosis, it is a sound you hear with a stethoscope. Ask your doctor if it is an innocent murmur, or if you have heart disease. And ask about any restrictions.
