Interesting: It depends on what, if anything, you've noticed is connected with your panic attacks. By definition, panic attacks come "out of the blue" -- yet some people do find that certain situations are more likely to being them out. You can go on those rides if you enjoy them.

Yes, but hold on.: Panic attacks are just that, attacks without provocation. They are distressing, but not dangerous 99.99% of the time. If you are generally anxious and are frightened, you could precipitate an attack. If you enjoy theme park thrills, you will likely be ok . There are skills tolearnto reduce or halt panic attacks. Learn some!
