Arrhythmia: It depends is the best answer i can give now. Because some arrhythmias are relatively stable on medicines and those would be safe, however, others are less stable and would be dangerous to ride on these rides. Best to discuss this with your cardiologist and determine which is best for you.

Aarrhythmia: To advise that you need to know the patients condition, cardiac specific condition and rhythm status and history. For a very benign thing like atrial premature beats and otherwise normal person, sure if the patient wanted to do it. For a patient with heart failure and some arrhythmia.........No. You need to talk to the patients doctor for guidance.

It depends: Arrhythmia is a general term. This could be from benign extra beats or something more serious. What's important is to define if your heart function normal and what the specific heart rhythm is with symptoms. Only then can you determine prognosis and cause. Good luck.
