Dog bite: Well, for starters if you don't know the dog and aren't sure if it has had rabies shots you should seek medical attention immediately. If you know the dog has been vaccinated then you should seek medical attention of the wound is deep, looks like it needs stitches or if it looks infected.

ASAP: Even if it's a healthy dog that you may own, you should take antibiotics to prevent a severe infection. Plus, it gives you a chance to have the wound evaluated. Good luck.
